Greetings! My name is Kimberly. I previously worked for Cinderellas Housecleaning as well as working with my Grandmother cleaning houses at a very young age. I clean efficiently, effortlessly and in detail. I am always happy with a smile on my face, I am positive and I get the job done so that you can relax in your clean home. I received a poor first review my first clean however I can assure you not all of the review is true. I have corrected my faults and I thank the review good or bad so that I am able to progress and further please my customers. I am not the perfect housecleaner, I am not a super hero who can clean fast and get the home clean in a short time frame. I am very detailed. I do take pride in my work and I aim to work hard and do my best so that my customer feels I specialized in thier request and I am passionate about making sure you are satisfied with your services. Most one bedroom apartments take approximately 3 - 4 hours for a general cleaning and a 3-4 bedroom 2 bath home between 4-6 hours. So please if your looking for a full house clean to be done in 2 hours then I am definitely not a good fit as a cleaner for you. 2 hour clean covers 2 bathrooms and a quick kitchen clean and that does not include floors. So please take into consideration the hard work is cleaners put into cleaning your home. Again I want to re-iterate I am a thorough, detailed cleaner. I take pride in my cleanings and I am helping sanitize county homes 1 home at a time and I work hard to make sure I sanitize as much as possible the frequently touched high traffic areas. **Also please I cannot stress this enough If you or anyone in the household has been currently sick with any cold, flu or viruses please Respect us cleaners and let us know prior to the appointment so that we can make a choice to decide if we want to risk the spread of anything we might be exposed to and so if we need to pick up any special protective gear or virus killing cleaners we will be well prepared. It could be a decision that could be a matter of life or death. Thanking you kindly in advance for your respect and consideration. IMPORTANT : PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL A JOB 3 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE CLEANING! WHAT HAPPENS IS I LOSE ACCEPTING OTHER CLIENTS AND END UP WITH A DAY OF NO PAY. RIGHT NOW CLIENTS ARE CANCELLING OVER 20 JOBS PER MONTH FOR WHATEVER REASON. I CANNOT PAY MY RENT THIS WAY AND I WILL END UP HOMELESS. 3 DAYS BARELY GIVES ENOUGH TIME FOR ANOTHER JOB TO COME IN AND WHEN YOU HOLD MY SPOT I CANNOT ACCEPT OTHER JOBS. I hear the horror stories of cleaners not showing up I'm not that cleaner. I show up I do my job and I respect your time. Please respect mine. Look I might not be the super human housecleaners that you are expecting but I am loyal, dedicated, dependible and I work for you!! A good housecleaners is a chemistry. I am not just a maid, I am cleaner who over times becomes kind of like your family. It's a business relationship, a friendship that vibes.
