How do I request a refund?

Login to your account to view charges/appointments.

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority.
    We apologize if you were over charged or your cleaner didn't meet your expectations.
     
  • Dapper Maids's Resolution Process gives you the right to request a partial or full refund from your cleaner.
    Your request must be received within 72 hours of your cleaning, and cleaner will have 7 days to accept or decline your request.
