We understand schedules change. That's why it's free to reschedule or cancel any Dapper Maids appointment up to 6 hours before it starts.

Cleaning cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment may be charged a fee.
If a Cleaning Professional has already accepted your appointment and you cancel within 6 hours of the start time, or after it has started, a $40 last-minute cancellation fee may be charged to your card. There's no fee if no cleaner has accepted your request yet. Once a Cleaning Professional has accepted your job request, your appointment is locked into their schedule and they cannot take on other clients during that time. Last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner's schedule & lost earnings
