How do I pause my account?

It's saddens us that you're considering pausing your account. Before doing so, please consider reading this article to help you out with your concerns.

If you're certain that you want your account paused, please make sure that:

  1. Your account is active and not suspended.
  2. Your account currently has no claimed or pending jobs. You may either choose to finish up your remaining jobs or cancel them for other cleaners to claim.

Once your account no longer has jobs, you may click Contact Support below this article. You will receive a confirmation email and a text from us once your account has been successfully deactivated.

Once deactivated, you will no longer receive notifications from us.
