How do I contact my Cleaning Professional?

Once your cleaner accepts, their contact info will be sent to you so you can get in touch with them directly. An option to contact your cleaner will also appear on your dashboard.

  • You can call or text your cleaner anytime. You can also request your cleaner's ETA on the day of your appointment.

Your privacy is always protected.

  • We assign a special phone number to your account, so your real contact information isn't disclosed and so that there would be no need to give your phone number to your cleaners. This also means that your calls and texts only connect when you're using using the phone number attached to your account.
