Tipped her in cash. The areas that was told it was clean, turns out to be not thoroughly clean. Was on her phone quite often and did not feel as though she utilized the full 8 hours that I have requested. As I had contractors still working on the house, she shared in the beginning she is willing to stay extra to finish the remaining bathrooms, but when 5PM came, those words disappeared. She also shared multiple times she likes to walk the house with the owner to make sure everything was addresses, did not happen. I had to remind her to clean the fridge (empty btw, I had not moved in yet) for her to clean. Overall, it was very disappointing.
